SAP Project Manager

I'm looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

SAP S/4HANA Implementation Expertise

• The candidate should have led at least three S/4HANA implementation projects (preferably Greenfield).
• Experience with technical/systemic coordination of teams using JIRA and Confluence.

Project Management Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.
• Strong background in project planning, risk assessment, system optimization, and automation.
• PMI certification (indicating structured project management knowledge).
• Ability to monitor SAP system performance and optimize configurations for business needs.

Agile & Leadership Skills

• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams through complex migrations and implementations.

Language & Communication

• German A1 (spoken & written) is mandatory for smooth communication with stakeholders.
