Currently Seeking: Scrum Master (Contract | Federal Government | NV1 Clearance)

Locations: Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide

Security Clearance: NV1

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile Delivery Teams (ADTs) within a large-scale Federal Government ICT transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and coach teams in Agile principles to foster a high-performance culture.

Lead SAFe Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Manage project boards per DevOps standards, ensuring regular updates.

Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.

Communicate Sprint Goals and deliverables to stakeholders and executives.

Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master with industry-recognized certifications.
• Strong understanding of SAFe methodology in large, complex programs (government experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, MS Suite, Miro, or similar project management tools.
• Mandatory: NV1 Security Clearance.

• SAFe Agile certifications or relevant work experience.
• Background in project management or ICT transformation programs.
• Experience in Australian Federal Government projects.
