What You'll Deliver

• You’ll maintain and build various HR dashboards by using advanced reporting tools.
• You’ll manage HRMS updates, internal employment letters, employee requests, and ensure timely, accurate transactions per SLAs and KPIs.
• You’ll ensure accurate and updated employee profiles in the GRP system, manage requisition and supervisory hierarchies, position updates, and liaise with Digital Dubai for any GRP platform issues.
• You’ll improve and automate HR data processes, collaborate on system enhancements, ensure compliance with UAE data protection laws, support audits, and maintain data accuracy and security.
  
  

What You Bring

• You’ll be educated to a bachelors degree specialized in Computer Science/Electronics/ Information Technology.
• You’ll have an overall experience of 6 months to 3 years in data analysis, HR Systems Administration (Oracle, Fusion, GRP) as well as Data Governance & Compliance.
• You’ll have excellent analytical thinking and project management skills, and knowledge about HR leading practices and latest HR systems.
