Digital Project Manager

Company Summary

Medito is a Shopify agency specializing in designing and developing bespoke e-commerce stores built on Shopify. We collaborate with clients worldwide, including the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

Founded in 2016, we have continually refined our service offerings and client focus. As we grow, we are moving from a fully remote structure to building a team in the UK. Our team currently consists of six collaborators.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this hybrid role, you’ll manage multiple aspects of our projects. Your main responsibility will be ensuring the success of our current and future projects by being deeply involved in the design, development, and testing phases. You’ll also communicate directly with clients, handle new requests, and manage these projects from start to finish.

You will provide strategic advice to clients to help grow their revenue and maintain strong relationships with our agency. You’ll work closely with our developers and designers, guiding their work and reviewing progress while keeping clients informed about milestones and remaining tasks.

Key tools you will use include Figma (design), Shopify (store management), Heroku (hosting), ClickUp (task management), and Klaviyo (email marketing).

Expected Salary

We will offer a starting salary of £28k per year.

What Experience You’ll Need

You should have proven experience in an eCommerce environment, whether managing a brand’s website or working within an agency. Experience in digital project management, along with an understanding of design and development, is essential.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. You should feel confident giving constructive design feedback and understanding the technical aspects of the work we deliver to clients.
