Job Description:

1. Process orders and invoices in SAP system, ensure that daily operational business is managed correctly and effectively
2. Confirm product availability and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill orders
3. Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and any potential delays
4. Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
5. Creating operational and customer-driven reporting utilizing business intelligence tools
6. Taking a self-driven approach to solving problems and improving order management processes and systems
7. Applying a continuous improvement mindset to enhance current processes order-to-Cash-related improvement

Requirements：

• Prxperience in order processing or customer service is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient English both written and spoken.
