Project Manager– Agile Transformation & Product Lifecycle

We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to lead the transformation of our client towards an agile delivery mindset. This role is key in ensuring the successful launch and lifecycle management of a diverse product portfolio while coaching multi-disciplinary teams on agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the optimal, sustainable operating model for project management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Coach and support team members in agile working methodologies to drive efficiency and engagement.

• Take ownership of key product-related projects, including:

o Mid-term (3-year) portfolio planning and alignment

o New product launches for 2025, focusing on schedule, risk, and stakeholder alignment

o Lifecycle management of existing products

• Align with global product management and delivery teams to implement optimal ways of working.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in project and/or program management, particularly in leading agile transformations for organizations working with physical products (not just software).

• PMI PMP certification or equivalent (Agile, Scrum, Prince2) preferred.

• Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus. Or manufacturing industry specifically.

• A strong track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a global environment.

• Recognized as a strong coach and change leader, capable of driving organizational transformation.
