Asset Management & Pension Companies, Pension Product Unit looking for Pension Product Manager who will be responsible for covering 2nd pillar and 3rd pillar pension product management and support functions in Latvia.

What You Will Do:

• Provision of optimal product support (including ongoing daily support) for local Luminor Sales department, as well as for other distribution partners
• Creation and maintenance of pension products related processes, procedures and support materials, to be compliant with legal requirements
• Pension products development, leading the projects that come from the regulatory changes, as well as improvements for being competitive in the market and for pension clients
• Ensuring the provision of regular reporting and other mandatory communication to clients
• Provision of regular pension sales reporting, analysis of sales results and customer portfolio tendencies
• Development and maintenance of trainings materials, as well as trainings execution with the aim to ensure optimal competence level of sales network employees
• Implementation and execution of Compliance and Internal Audit recommendations
• Participating in sales supporting activities together with distribution network
• Participation in Marketing & PR activities planning and execution
• Driving pan-Baltic initiatives related to agreed pensions products area of pan-Baltic responsibility
• Ownership of publication and maintenance of client documents and information in digital channels to ensure compliance with regulation
• Follow up and analysis of competitors and market in general
  
  
  

What We Expect:

• Superior knowledge of Latvian pension system and good understanding of pension products
• At least 3 years product/project management experience, preferably in finance or investment area
• Preferred higher education in Economics/Finance or similar
• Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills
• Ability to work simultaneously with numerous stakeholders and numerous tasks/projects
• Customer-centric thinking
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English languages is required in spoken and written communication
