Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Analyst to join our team for a major business and technological transformation programme. The successful candidate will lead a small team of Business Analysts and play a pivotal role in gathering requirements and ensuring these are effectively translated into actionable plans for our programme teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of needs and expectations.
  • Translation: Convert complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications that can be understood and implemented by project teams.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of Business Analysts, providing direction, mentoring, and support to ensure team goals are met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including business leaders, to ensure requirements align with business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate the accuracy of requirements with stakeholders and ensure that all documentation meets compliance and quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within requirement gathering and management practices.
  • Documentation: Create and manage detailed requirement documents, use cases, and user stories.


Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst or similar role, preferably within industries involving industrial processing, especially chemicals.
  • Experience in leading or managing teams.
  • Familiarity with business process re-engineering and significant transformation projects.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in requirement management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of industrial chemical processes or similar complex industrial environments is highly desirable.


This is a high profile programme for a major industrial client. You will be required to be onsite two days per week and therefore must be within a reasonable distance of Antwerp.
