Agile-coach

We are currently seeking an outstanding Agile Coach to join our Agile Organization. You will play a crucial role as the servant leader for your team(s), ensuring clear communication and helping them reach their goals. You will deliver on your data driven coaching agreements which are based on your observation and collaboration with leadership. Your main areas of focus will be on value delivery, flow, quality, predictability, modern engineering practices, and driving continuous improvement within your teams.

Responsibilities:

• •Drive the adoption of agile methodologies
• • Facilitate team efficiency by removing impediments
• • Preserve flexibility and the ability to rapidly respond to changes
• • Collaborate with other Agile coaches and Scrum Masters within your area
• Requirements:
• • Experience in the role of an Agile Coach and with senior leadership collaboration
• • Extensive knowledge of Scrum and other agile methodologies
• • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• • Strong problem-solving abilities
• • Ability to determine and implement modern engineering practices
• • Jira
• This opportunity is based in Belgium and requires on site presence 2-3 days a week.
