React Developer

As a Developer II, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and testing. Responsabilities: • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient software applications using industry best practices and coding standards. • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code while ensuring high performance and adherence to security guidelines. • Conduct thorough testing of developed software, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to ensure quality and reliability. • Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions to software defects or functional gaps. • Continuously improve software development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software components. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development, and apply this knowledge to enhance our products and processes. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of learning and improvement. • Assist in mentoring and coaching junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed. • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification may be considered. • Proven experience as a software developer, with at least 2 years of experience in designing and developing complex software applications. • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C++, C#, Python, or JavaScript, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. • Experience with web application development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, Angular, React, Vue) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines). • Solid understanding of software engineering concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex software issues. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. • A passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
