Job Description

  • Strong .Net leads ( ~10+ years’ experience and ability to handle business interaction independently ) available immediately (or in next few weeks)
  • Leading a team of developers focused on building applications using Microsoft's .NET framework, overseeing technical design, architecture, code quality, mentoring junior developers, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery by adhering to best practices and coding standards within the .NET ecosystem.
  • Essentially acting as the technical leader for .NET projects while actively contributing to development efforts.

Technical Leadership

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Design and implement robust .NET applications using technologies like ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WCF, and Azure.
  • Define technical architecture and roadmaps for projects, considering scalability, performance, and security.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and enforce coding standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies and trends to incorporate into projects.

Team Management

  • Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and technical challenges.
  • Assign tasks and manage workload distribution among team members.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and problem-solving.
  • Provide performance feedback and career development guidance.

Requirement Gathering And Analysis

  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and design solutions.
  • Estimate development effort and project timelines.

Project Delivery

  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to project plans.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to implement testing strategies and resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide solutions

Required Skills And Experience

  • Proficient in .NET technologies: Deep understanding of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and related frameworks.
  • Database expertise: Experience with SQL Server, including database design and optimization.
  • Cloud knowledge: Familiarity with Azure cloud services is a plus.
  • Software development lifecycle (SDLC): Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Leadership and mentoring skills: Proven ability to guide and motivate a team of developers
  • Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
