Job Title: Project Management Office (PMO)

Job Description

Job Purpose: As an Analyst in the Project Management Office (PMO), your primary responsibility is to handle end-to-end project management of assigned projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

You will also be tasked with PMO duties including managing the reporting expectations by producing reports, decks and dashboards and other required materials in support of the PMO mandate.

You will play a key role in engaging with Project Managers/ Project Leads in performing quality control checks and timely reporting of their projects ensuring that reporting is in line with the PMO governance and framework set.

Other responsibilities will include supporting the Senior Analyst and Manager in fulfilling necessary tasks, promoting a culture of robust project management supporting the achievement of strategic business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Educational and Professional

Qualifications: ▪ Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field is desirable.

▪ Certifications in Project Management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE 2) are preferred.

Overall Experience:

▪ 4+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the banking, securities/stock exchange or BFSI sector.

▪ Hands-on experience managing projects and working in a PMO environment with growing supervisory accountability. Technical Skills:

▪ Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, and advanced Excel ▪ Behavioral Skills: ▪ Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. ▪ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
