Product Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our betting platform. This role involves driving innovative features, improving the customer experience, and leveraging data-driven insights to shape the future of legal betting. The ideal candidate is collaborative, customer-focused, and has a strong understanding of product management principles and the betting industry.

What You’ll Do

Vision and Strategy Development

• Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for betting products, with a focus on customer experience, engagement, and growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform strategy and product innovation.

Product Management Lifecycle

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for betting products, from discovery to delivery.
• Define customer-focused requirements and ensure the successful launch of features that drive engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, engineering, marketing, and compliance, to deliver exceptional product experiences.
• Analyze customer behavior and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with stakeholders across the company, including marketing, operations, and technical teams, to align product vision and execution.
• Foster relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and innovation in the legal betting landscape.
• Proactively address and resolve issues related to payment systems, integrations, and operational processes.

Optimization and Innovation

• Explore opportunities to integrate social and interactive elements into the betting experience.
• Identify and implement technologies or tools to streamline processes, improve reliability, and enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, ideally within the betting industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of betting markets and customer behaviors in this domain.
• Experience using data to inform decisions, set priorities, and measure success.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with payment systems, financial processes, and regulatory requirements.
