OT/IT Information Security Manager

Role

  • Lead and control the company's OT/IT and information security work
  • Design, develop and implement governing documents in IT and information security
  • Provide information and training and follow up on compliance with governing documents.
  • Participate in risk and vulnerability analyses as well as disaster and continuity planning.
  • Review existing technology architecture for vulnerabilities and shortcomings and recommend improvement actions.
  • Participate in security protection work and monitor OT/IT and information security.
  • Continuously follow up OT/IT and information security work/compliance and report to management.
  • Act as a clear requirement setter and participate in projects and the design of OT/IT and information security measures.
  • Review agreements, products, services and suppliers regarding OT/IT and information security.
  • Monitor the development of IT and information security and the threat landscape.
  • Participate in OT and IT architecture councils as a security architect.
  • Coordinate activities related to OT/IT security review (audit) and dialogues
  • Act as a major incident manager in the event of critical security incidents

Essential Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Information security
  • Used to working in an outsourced OT/IT environment and following up and collaborating with suppliers
  • Good ability to document, communicate and educate
  • Familiarity with standards like NIST, ISO27001, and IEC62443
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate emerging threats.
  • Master Swedish and English in speech and writing
