What You Will Do:

• Contribute to solution design and architecture
• Take initiatives and act accordingly on research and development (POC)
• Develop solutions aligned with relevant IT standards and requirements
• Ensure the quality of deliverables
• Make sure new development/code is covered by code reviews
• Test own development with unit tests and participate in system/functionality testing
• Contribute to the testing and the release process
• Support team members and share the knowledge within the organization
• Create and maintain documentation
• Proactively contribute to the overall goals of the organization
• Take responsibility for professional self-development
  
  
  

What We Expect:

• Knowledge of IT Solutions in Banking is a huge plus
• Interest in adapting new technologies and trends
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Strong knowledge of relevant programming languages - PHP, Drupal, JS, TS, React, Redux, Webpack
• Knowledge of data structures, data flow charts, programming logic, and codes
• Knowledge of different software development methodologies and supporting team in continuity of relevant methodology
• Knowledge of microservice architecture
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
