What You will Be Doing?

To provide day to day support for approximately 300 users on hardware, software, network and telephony, using ManageEngine ServiceDesk.

• Participating in an on-call rota one week in four.
• Servers - in terms of backups and administration, anti-virus and security working alongside the Infrastructure engineer
• Networking - at Head Office and customer sites working alongside the Network engineer
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Windows Server 2022 and Microsoft Azure experience
• VMware - Able to set up and manage virtual machines
• Cisco / MCSE or equivalent qualification
• Full clean driving license (for occasional customer site visits)
