We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Tech Lead to oversee and guide our development team in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel, PHP, and modern web technologies, along with a deep understanding of software architecture and best practices

Your Qualifications

Technical

• 8+ years of experience in PHP development with at least 3+ years as a Laravel developer.
• Better Understanding of Design Patterns.
• Good hold on microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with Laravel (Blade, Eloquent, Artisan, Queues, Middleware, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with database optimization, indexing, and migrations in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms such as Redis or Memcached.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as PHPUnit and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Experience with Laravel Octane for high-performance applications.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
