Human Resources Specialist

📍 Remote (with weekly office presence in Kyiv, Ukraine) | 🌍 Global Team | 🕒 Full-time

Playnetic is on the lookout for an HR Operations Specialist to keep our team running smoothly. This role is all about keeping things organised, ensuring compliance, and supporting our employees in Ukraine—from onboarding to payroll queries and everything in between.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

🔹 Supporting Our People – You’ll be the go-to person for employees and contractors in Ukraine, handling onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and offboarding.

🔹 Keeping Everything in Check – From maintaining HR records and contracts to ensuring payroll and compliance are on point, you’ll make sure everything runs seamlessly.

🔹 Office Coordination – Keeping our Kyiv office in shape by managing supplies, maintenance, and occasional in-person meetings or events.

🔹 Collaborating Globally – You’ll work closely with our HR team worldwide, ensuring alignment across all locations.

🔹 Operational Support for Engineering – Working alongside our Engineering function and TechTellent teams, helping with HR processes specific to these teams.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Experience: 1-3 years in HR operations, generalist, or admin roles.

✔ Skills: Strong attention to detail, experience with HR systems (PeopleForce or similar), and confident reporting in Excel.

✔ Mindset: Open-minded, positive, and proactive—someone who enjoys keeping things structured and well-documented.

✔ Languages: Native Ukrainian speaker with fluent English (C1).

✔ Location: You must be based in Kyiv, with the ability to be in the office once a week.

✔ Industry Background: Experience in tech, finance, banking, or investments is a plus, but we’re open to all industries.
