What You’ll Be Doing:

• Market Analysis & Research: Conduct in-depth research on blockchain trends, including market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Project Evaluation: Assess the feasibility and potential of both internal and external blockchain investment projects, focusing on TRON/BTTC ecosystem projects as well as other promising blockchain initiatives.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with investment projects, including market, technical, and regulatory risks.
• Investment Reports: Prepare detailed investment memoranda, feasibility studies, and project evaluation reports to support decision-making processes.
• Networking & Sourcing: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain investment community, including potential partners, investment institutions, and project teams.
• Post-Investment Support: Provide ongoing support to portfolio projects, helping to enhance their growth and integration within the TRON ecosystem.

What We Look For In You:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in blockchain investment analysis or related roles.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and the unique aspects of cryptocurrency investments.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Proactive & Independent: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Passion for Blockchain: Genuine interest in blockchain technology and its potential to transform industries.
