Network Architect

Sr. Network Architect Security (Contract Position)

Number of Positions: 1 Duration: 6 months possible extension

Location: Toronto, ON/Montreal, PQ, CA

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Hybrid role, preference would be given to candidates in Toronto

If in Montreal, bilingual French / English is necessary

7hr/d billing, nonnegotiable

Both locations, candidates need to be open to FT perm

Must have skills and experience:

Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Network Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant fields.

Minimum 5-year experience as a Network specialist developing/recommending solution for an organization

Minimum 5-year experience in leading Network Infrastructure projects as part of an organization’s Security Program

Ability to bring high level concepts into actionable steps for the operational team

Ability to prioritize initiatives based on the organization’s needs

Capacity to communicate highly technical concepts to different audiences

Capacity to work with different teams from various department

Ability to act as a mentor to facilitate knowledge transfer and support the team’s growth

Motivated by challenges and an ever-changing environment!

Recognized certification such as PCNSE, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP is strongly preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
