As Product Brand Manager for Elseve & Men Expert in Romania, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and innovation for one of our most iconic brands. Reporting to the Brand Business Leader, you’ll manage a dynamic product portfolio and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to deliver exceptional results. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of the brand, bringing new ideas to life and making a real impact on the brand's success in the Romanian market.
- Leading Product Innovation: Spearhead the development and implementation of the 3-year product roadmap, aligned with the global brand strategy and local market dynamics. Identify new product opportunities and lead the brand's expansion into emerging categories within the mass beauty market.
- Driving Product Performance: Own the product portfolio P&L and all key performance indicators. Develop pricing strategies, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability and return on investment.
- Building Strong Consumer & Customer Relationships: Champion consumer-centricity by leveraging market research and insights to develop targeted product launches that resonate with the consumer. Collaborate with sales and education teams to create compelling product experiences across all touchpoints.
- Fostering Collaboration and Innovation: Mobilize cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.) and partner agencies to execute integrated product launches and campaigns that embody the brand identity. Lead the adaptation of global product strategies for the Romanian market, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record of success in product development, strategic planning, and P&L management or above 5 years in an FMCG company in key departments (ex: Trade, Commercial) + creative skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market data and consumer insights into actionable product strategies.
- Project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and P&L management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.
