Product Manager - Customer Portal Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the design and creation of a new customer portal. This portal will empower authorized users to access support, purchase additional products, and view new data analysis, among other features.

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with systems like Salesforce, Okta, and our install base management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Management: Lead the project from start to finish within a 6-month timeline, defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables. Keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates and maintain transparent communication.
• Design & Development: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive, user-friendly interface that aligns with brand guidelines and meets customer expectations. Oversee development progress and address any technical challenges as they arise.
• Integration & Testing: Coordinate integration with Salesforce, Okta, and the install base management system. Develop and execute a comprehensive testing plan to ensure flawless functionality, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) to gather feedback and make necessary iterations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Implement tools to track usage and effectiveness of the portal, providing valuable insights to optimize performance.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on customer portals or SaaS products.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional projects from concept to launch.
• Experience integrating third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Okta).
• Experience working in large, complex corporate environments.

Required Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and design principles.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
