Tech Lead - Chatbot and CRM Team - Freelance
My client are looking for an IT Technical Lead - Chatbot and Contact Centre Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy solutions using platforms like Genesys, Sprinklr, Dialogflow, or other similar technologies
- Integrate chatbots with CRM
- Ensure chatbots are user centric and match the goals of the business
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Genesys, Sprinkr or similar
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or Node.js
- Strong knowledge of AI and ML concepts related to Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Experience
- 7 years in IT , 3 years leadership
- Proven track record of delivering chatbot solutions
- Cloud platform knowledge
