Tech Lead - Chatbot and CRM Team - Freelance

My client are looking for an IT Technical Lead - Chatbot and Contact Centre Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy solutions using platforms like Genesys, Sprinklr, Dialogflow, or other similar technologies
• Integrate chatbots with CRM
• Ensure chatbots are user centric and match the goals of the business

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Genesys, Sprinkr or similar
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or Node.js
• Strong knowledge of AI and ML concepts related to Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Experience

• 7 years in IT , 3 years leadership
• Proven track record of delivering chatbot solutions
• Cloud platform knowledge
