Test Software Engineer

Role:

Develop and maintain test programs for RF component testing in engineering and production environments. Interface with test equipment such as DC power supplies, Network Analyzers, Digital Multimeters, and automated robotics.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain lifecycle test software in Delphi/C++.
• Debug and optimize test programs for performance and reliability.
• Develop web applications and database reporting solutions.
• Maintain and update legacy Delphi programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Test Development, Operations, NPI).
• Provide user training, documentation, and troubleshooting support.
• Conduct peer code reviews and source code inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of software development in a test environment.
• Proficiency in Delphi and C++; experience in C#, Java, VB, SQL, JSP is a plus.
• Experience with AS/400 is highly preferred.
