Job Overview

The Business Analyst / Project Manager will work in collaboration with our internal EAM IT Team and will perform Project Management duties for multiple streams of EAMRPI2 projects.

Role Accountabilities

  • Work with multiple project streams of EAMRPI2 to understand the scope, schedule, and deliverables of each stream.
  • Track the progress of each EAMRPI2 project streams and generate monthly status reports and prepare presentations.
  • Setup meetings with business clients for workshops, prepare agenda, manage the meetings, confirm the action items and maintain meeting notes.
  • Create/update requirements documentation and other communication tools like emails.
  • Assist with the User Acceptance Testing of multiple EAMRPI2 projects.
  • Generate reports requested by the EAMRPI2 program manager.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum and be a part of the working team.

This Position Will Work Alongside

  • One program manager
  • Multiple business analysts and technical analysts

The Position Requires The Following Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience working in IT as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or Business System Analyst on a software system.
  • Experience with software development methodologies and project management principles.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

In Addition, This Position Requires The Ability To

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal contacts.
  • Provide advice and assistance on matters related to the work.
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision, although direction will be given.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
