Product Manager (Energy)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the energy and power sector, including identifying market opportunities, defining product features, and setting pricing and positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct market research to assess competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer preferences, and use findings to inform product development decisions.
• Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Define and prioritize product backlog, create user stories, and manage sprint planning and execution in an Agile development environment.
• Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
• Develop product marketing collateral, including sales presentations, product demos, and training materials, to support sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the energy or power sector.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market and driving product growth and profitability.
• Deep understanding of energy industry dynamics, including knowledge of renewable energy technologies, grid infrastructure, energy storage, and regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
