Junior People & Culture Specialist

We are looking for someone who makes sure our People & Culture processes run smoothly and wants to go that extra mile for our people. You will be based in Kulosaari and part of our small People & Culture team. We can promise, no two days will be the same!

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

• A passion for people and employee experience
• Study background in a relevant field and earlier work experience within the People & Culture field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, positive and solution-oriented approach
• Fluent Finnish and English skills; Swedish is a plus
• Previous experience of content creation for employer branding and social media is seen as beneficial

Your future tasks among others:

• Manage our employee life-cycle processes like onboarding and offboarding
• Assist employees with People & Culture matters
• Support recruitment processes and build freelance networks, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Participate in strengthening our culture through internal communication, creating fun events and taking care of the Helsinki office 
• Enhance our employer branding efforts towards schools and alumni 
• Contribute to People & Culture projects
• Participate in creating reports for i.e. UNGC and CSRD.
