We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI and preferably also with Tableau, KNIME, and/or Python. As a Data Analyst, you will join our AFC Technology Department within the Operations Division and have the chance to drive the initiatives and achieve new goals together with a fantastic Pan-Baltic team of experts and personalities.

What We Expect (essential skills):


  • Proficiency in performing data analysis from basic to advanced levels using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI
  • Ability to leverage data to solve problems, make recommendations, and proactively identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in data solutions, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability
  • Effective team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to take on various tasks
  • Analytical way of thinking, ability to ask the right questions and notice important details


What We Expect (preferred skills):


  • Tableau, KNIME and/or Python skills considered as advantage
  • Strong business process management skills to evaluate, anticipate requirements, and continuously enhance compliance and anti-financial crime solutions
  • A commitment to staying informed on industry trends and technological advancements, with a focus on modernizing and automating data solutions
  • Strong ethical grounding, a sense of responsibility and commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and accountability

What You Will Do:


  • Conduct basic to advanced data analysis using SQL and Microsoft Excel, build dashboards with Power BI, also dive into solutions made with Tableau and/or KNIME to support anti-financial crime and compliance efforts
  • Regularly assess and optimize existing data solutions, addressing inconsistencies to enhance data quality and performance
  • Analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, and design solutions
  • Use data-driven insights to identify potential financial crime risks and suggest proactive improvements
  • Stay current with industry trends and new technologies, applying best practices to automate and enhance compliance systems
