Position Overview
As a Product Designer (UI/UX), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our client's digital product lifecycle platform. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will conduct user research, develop user personas and journey maps, and translate insights into intuitive user interfaces. Your expertise in UI/UX design will contribute to the creation of a platform that revolutionises how financial organisations manage their products, reducing regulatory risks, costs, and time to market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research activities to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Develop user personas and journey maps to guide the design process
- Translate user research findings into intuitive and engaging user interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications
- Advocate for user-centerd design principles and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and development
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through design
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
- Understanding of technical constraints and practical design implementation
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
- Knowledge of the financial industry and specific challenges in FinTech
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with SaaS, web-based, cloud solutions is an advantage
