Project Manager - FTC (18 Months)

Our client, a leading wealth management firm, are seeking Project Manager on an 18 month fixed-term contract.

As part of this job, you will lead process improvement initiatives and oversee projects related to Portfolio and Order Management Systems. You will work closely with the Data Analytics team, key stakeholders, and external vendors to drive efficiency and streamline manual processes.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

• Manage projects focused on process improvement while reducing reliance on manual workflows.
• Focus on enhancements to Portfolio and Order Management Systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Work closely with the Data Analytics team, using insights to support business decisions
• Manage third-party vendors, from selection and onboarding to ongoing collaboration and issue resolution
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

Key Requirements of the Project Manager include:

• At least 10 years' experience in a similar role focusing on technology related projects
• Strong project management skills, with proven ability to clearly define goals and priorities, establish milestones and deliver benefits
• Strong people management ability and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders across the firm and externally
• Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills are essential.
• PRINCE2, Agile or similar qualification required
