About The Role 🤩

We’re on the lookout for a Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at our office in Sydney, Australia. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll bring our brand to life across a range of platforms and mediums. From branding, web design, print design, social media assets, digital banners, campaign collateral, OOH, and slide presentations, you’ll play a key role in building visuals that resonate with our audience.

Over The First 6-12 Months, You Will:

• Work with the Marketing Manager to bring our brand vision to life through visuals across print, digital, social media, and other platforms.
• Design a variety of assets, including branding materials, website layouts, campaign collateral, OOH ads, and slide presentations.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-brand, polished designs that meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals across all channels.
• Stay on top of design trends and tools, integrating fresh ideas into your work while maintaining brand consistency.
• Take ownership of your work, bringing versatility to tasks like motion graphics or UX/UI design when needed.

What We’re Looking For 🧠

• 1-3 years of graphic design experience (open to fresh talent with an exceptional portfolio).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace.
• Formal qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, including web, print, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver polished and precise design work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with branding, visual storytelling, and creating assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, UX/UI design, or other complementary design skills.
