Normative is now looking for a Product Marketing Manager in Stockholm

At Normative, we're on a mission to accelerate the transition to a net-zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting products and tailored advice from net-zero experts, empowering companies to report on their ESG data and reduce their carbon footprints.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market success. Combining strategic vision with operational expertise, you will develop marketing plans that align with customer needs and business goals, ensuring our products stand out in the market. This role reports directly into our VP of Product into a team of product managers and product designers.

What You Will Do

  • Craft clear and compelling collateral that articulates the value proposition of our products to various stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams and collaborate with product managers to ensure product features, benefits, and positioning are accurately reflected
  • Train the sales / SDR / AM team on all features / products / new marketing material so they can effectively sell our products.
  • Work closely with the product team and the commercial team and own the release of new products and features, make sure we have the right collateral and training and, ultimately, be a core contributor to feature adoptions targets (e.g. hosting webinars, making videos, training team, etc.)
  • Gather competitive information to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.

What You Bring

  • Proven expertise in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • A clear data-first mindset, helping you substantiate qualitative claims with quantitative facts
  • Exceptional project management skills, allowing to coordinate between a large product team and a large commercial team
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a passion for optimizing buyer journeys.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and and translating our product capabilities into language that our prospects know and find compelling.
  • A collaborative mindset, fostering trust and enabling teams to succeed.
  • Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and aligning diverse priorities. Cross functional project management skills.
