Role Overview

You will be overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation, ensuring the project meet scope, timelines, and budget requirements. With your solid background in Scrum methodologies, you'll guide the team through Agile practices, driving collaboration and efficiency while delivering high-quality solutions. Your hands-on experience will be key in managing the entire project lifecycle and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical experts to ensure the effective delivery of solutions that align with organisational objectives. Your leadership and Scrum expertise will be essential in fostering collaboration, removing roadblocks, and guiding teams toward achieving high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of D365 F&O projects using Scrum methodology, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Guide the team through Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project goals, define project scope, and set realistic timelines. Ensure regular communication and alignment of expectations.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, testers, and subject matter experts.
• Identify project risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve obstacles to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints while maximising resource utilisation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience managing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects. You excel at leading cross-functional teams, ensuring projects meet scope, timelines, and budgets while adhering to Agile practices. With your problem-solving skills and expertise in D365 F&O, you effectively manage risks and obstacles, communicate with stakeholders, and drive successful project delivery. Your leadership fosters collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality results, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
