We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will oversee the full scope of HR responsibilities and collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance our workforce. This role requires expertise in visa processing, MOHRE regulations, and continuous hiring for both the off-plan and secondary markets.

✅ Recruitment and onboarding of new hires

✅ Conducting performance management and providing feedback

✅ Managing payroll and employee benefits

✅ Handling visa procedures and ensuring MOHRE compliance

✅ Conducting employee evaluations and preparing necessary reports

✔ Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

✔ Minimum 2+ years of HR experience

✔ Strong recruiting skills with a proven ability to enhance talent acquisition strategies

✔ Experience in training managers and employees

✔ Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills

✔ High attention to detail and strong judgment

✔ Fluent in English with a professional and well-presented demeanor
