Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Implementation:
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM solutions.
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to achieve project goals efficiently.
• ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Execution:
• Oversee ITOM implementation, including CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.
• Drive ServiceNow ITSM enhancements (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).
• Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise applications and IT infrastructure.
• Ongoing Support & Service Desk Operations:
• Collaborate with service desk teams to enhance IT service support and user experience.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and governance frameworks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align IT solutions with business needs.
• Facilitate training, workshops, and knowledge transfer for ServiceNow users.
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management with a focus on ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications (preferred).
