Now we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our Launch & Operations team and shape the future of our ride-hailing platform. You will play a critical role in crafting seamless, user-friendly experiences across web and mobile products, while also leading the design and evolution of our design system.

Key Responsibilities

Design of an intuitive interface for a ride-hailing platform, which accommodates web and mobile app products, multiple roles, permissions, and dependencies on modes and other secondary products
Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping, testing, and final handoff to developers
Develop and maintain a scalable and cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience

We Are a Match If You Have

6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on both web products and mobile apps
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects and demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and final results
Proven expertise in designing and implementing design systems for complex products
Solid understanding of responsive design principles, mobile-first design, and platform-specific guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines)
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs
Intermediate English level or above

Optional Skills

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding of design-to-development workflows
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience in designing for international markets or MENA regions
