Now we are looking for a Support Specialist to join Onde.

We're a Perfect Match If You

• Speak and write English fluently (at least B2)
• Are able to work day (from 9 am till 17 pm, UTC) and evening (from 15 pm to 22 pm, UTC) shifts
• Are able to learn fast
• Can find a way out of any difficult situation
• Are able to make reasonable decisions quickly
• Have a strong analytical mindset
• Are able to get all the information needed from a client — even if they don’t want to share it
  
  

You Will

• Monitor the workability of the system
• Have access to online probing and monitoring tools
• Be in touch with DevOps and Development teams
• Be responsible for “first line of failure defence” situations
  
  

Would Be Nice If You Have

Customer support or adjacent experience, but it’s not a must. We welcome a motivator with initiative and drive, ready to learn fast.

Your Work Schedule

1 week: 3 working days from 9 am to 17 pm (UTC), 2 working days from 15 pm to 22 pm (UTC). Weekends off.

2 week: 3 working days from 15 pm to 22 pm (UTC), 2 working days from 9 am to 17 pm (UTC). Weekends off.

Weeks alternate.

Extra hours are possible at public holidays or team members vacations/sick leaves. Rotation to a day shift to free a working day evening out is feasible upon request.
