Role: You are responsible for both guiding and supervising the team's overall performance and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

This involves overseeing the team's day-to-day activities, providing direction and support, and managing the project's timeline, budget, and resources.


Additionally, you are accountable for ensuring that the team works cohesively towards achieving project objectives while effectively managing any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle or the daily operations (industrial production).

• Demonstrated proficiency in industrial information systems and IT management

• Strong leadership capabilities in guiding IS/IT teams and managing complex projects

• Strong project management skills with experience in transnational projects

• Ability to effectively organize and streamline local activities within a multinational context

• Demonstrated expertise in ensuring consistency and efficiency within an industrial production environment

• Experience in implementing standardized processes to optimize operations

• Familiarity with the company’s standards and transnational operations is a clear plus (but not a must!)

Location: Charleroi – 4 days onsite - 1 days working from home
