Looking for a skilled and driven Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping innovative technology solutions that transform patient engagement and entertainment in healthcare. As the leader of the product strategy, you will identify market opportunities, define clear product visions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain a strong product vision aligned with business goals.
• Drive market analysis to understand trends and customer needs.
• Lead the product backlog, prioritising features and collaborating with teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure impactful, scalable solutions for healthcare clients.
• Use user feedback to iterate and improve products, ensuring they meet market demands.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in the software development or healthcare tech industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market trends into actionable product plans.
• Solid understand of the SDLC
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• A passion for driving innovation and change in the healthcare technology sector.

Desirable:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CSPO, PMI-ACP, PMP, or ITIL.
