We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Web Developer with expertise in PHP, Laravel, Next.js, and React Native to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting, developing, and optimizing high-performance web and mobile applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of modern web development practices. As a senior developer, you will mentor junior engineers, enforce best practices, and drive technical excellence across projects.

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web and mobile applications using PHP, Laravel, Next.js, and React Native.
• Lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability, implementing best practices and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and promoting high-quality coding standards.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and high-performance user experiences.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and improve development efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges with a proactive approach.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry regulations.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with expertise in PHP and Laravel.
• Advanced proficiency in Next.js and React Native for front-end and mobile application development.
• Strong experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API development, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and third-party integrations.
• Expertise in version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Firebase, or similar services.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript development best practices.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application development.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, PHPUnit, Cypress, etc.).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Previous experience leading technical teams or managing projects.
