Salary: c. €45,000 plus benefits

With a strong focus on operational excellence and a collaborative, expert-driven culture, they are looking to build their HR function with a HR Specialist role to support their growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Ideally aviation industry experience or strong knowledge of aviation
• CIPD qualification or a diploma in HR is preferred
• Hands-on, proactive mindset, someone who will question processes and suggest improvements
• Comfortable working in a small team (team of 8) where structures are still being built
• Ability to roll up their sleeves and work in a dynamic, evolving environment

Role & Reporting Lines

• Reporting into the HR Director, working closely with senior leadership
• HR inbox management, handling employee queries
• Payroll processing and administration
• Leading and supporting HR projects
• Employment queries and HR compliance management
• Proactively develop a positive culture within the business that exemplifies company values and is focused on delivering strong results
