Principal Research and Development

Join a pioneering Irish Medical Device company as a Principal Research and Development Engineer. We're recruiting a seasoned Principal R&D Engineer for a growth focused Medical Device company.

This role offers the chance to join a clinical stage company and play a key technical role in the development and commercialisation of a complex class III medical device.

Qualifications:

• Third level Qualification in Engineering or Science, preferably in Mechanical or Biomedical; Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a Science / Engineering related discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation or equivalent)
• 10+ years previous experience in a Medical Devices environment

The successful candidate will have full life cycle development experience ideally with class III devices.
