Product Manager

Jio is seeking applications from suitable candidates for the position of “Product Manager” The position will be based in Navi Mumbai.

Requirement

1. Experience: 3-5 years (Experience in product development & management expertise in the payments / mobile app / consumer application / telecom domain)
2. Education : Graduate (Any Stream) and MBA or Engineering Graduate in Telecom/IT/CS.

Job Description

1. Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, draft user flow and manage products through development, QA, UAT & RA Testing, and launch.
2. Ability to understand business and technical requirements.
3. Ensure requirements are communicated effectively to configuration, design, operations, CS and development teams.
4. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and track releases with different stakeholders.
5. Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues.
6. Manage all aspects of in-life products, including Website displays, regulatory filing, Cross Functional Team coordination, and address issues(if any).
7. Three years of experience in Telecom/Digital products management (CRM, SDP, Billing & Service provisioning

Skill Sets

1. Design and execute pricing strategies based on market trends and business goals.
2. Monitor competitor pricing and customer behavior to optimize pricing models.
3. Analyze pricing performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing implementation.
5. Manage discount structures, promotions, and revenue optimization strategies.
6. Tech savvy and passionate about building products.
7. Experience in technical documentation.
8. Excellent written and communication skills
9. Have worked on integrations with the multi-vendor environment.
