Duties And Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree
- Carry out onboarding processes, including communications with incoming team members, HRIS records, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Assist team members and supervisors with questions and processes related to Talent processes, payroll, policies, and compliance.
- Participate in team documentation, process improvements, and other Talent team initiatives.
- Work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
- Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training, and meetings.
- Communicate regularly with Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.
- Complete all mandated trainings and education in a timely manner.
- Complete all mandated occupational health screenings as needed.
- Exercise flexibility in performing assignments as business needs evolve.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- One year of work experience or internship experience in human resources is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of and an interest in the human resources function.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Fanatical attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables) preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Commitment to unlocking the full potential of our most vulnerable seniors.
