The Operations Associate - Settlement is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As an Operations Associate, you will be involved in various operational tasks, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Your contributions will directly impact our overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with trading, legal, settlement teams and external on investment matters.
• Research on regulatory framework and business opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate investment documents and Licensing.
• Work closely with internal team on fund operations matters.
• Analyze and optimize existing workflows to enhance business efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Be adaptive and proactive on new initiatives/projects
• Meticulous on day to day business operations
• Enthusiastic on digital asset market and keen to follow up the market trend
• 1-3 years working experience in Financial or Digital asset industry
• Bilingual in English and mandarin
