Tech Leader Laravel/React

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team while actively contributing to the codebase. Your role will involve addressing a diverse array of challenges, from implementing new features to managing technical debt and resolving critical bugs.

This position blends strong technical skills with leadership responsibilities, requiring you to serve as a liaison between developers, support teams, customers, and partners. Your ability to break down complex issues and create actionable solutions will play a pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft optimal solutions to complex business problems.
• Assist developers with troubleshooting challenging issues and reviewing pull requests to ensure high-quality code.
• Support other departments by offering context and guidance, helping them align with the technical needs of the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
• Collaborate with fellow Tech Leads across teams to refine the adoption of new technologies and enhance coding standards and best practices

Must have:

• Killer backend developer, with extensive Laravel experience and it's ecosystem (Laravel Horizon)
• Must also be pretty proficient in SQL databases and be very comfortable around concepts like indexes and locks
• Great english
• Have a want to understand customers and have great intuition for building software products to solve business problems

Nice to have

• Frontend experience. Vue.js is fine, React.js is great
• Server skills
