Responsibilities:
- Updating employees’ files with proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Onboarding process execution.
Qualifications:
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (especially when handling employee documentation and onboarding).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
- B2+ English level proficiency
- Familiarity with employee benefits enrollment and related compliance steps during the onboarding process.
- Experience in organizing and conducting new hire orientations.
- Strong time management skills to handle tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail when updating employee records and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Customer service orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams (such as Legal, IT, and Payroll) to ensure successful onboarding.
