Position Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Switzerland (Zurich or Zug-based)

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

With a customer-centric approach and innovative solutions, they are positioned for significant market growth. As they scale, they are looking for a strategic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their technology vision, drive product innovation, and manage a mid sized high-performing tech team.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Vision:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Lead the technological vision to ensure scalability, security, and innovation.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering and IT team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Product Development & Innovation:

• Oversee the development and deployment of new products and enhancements.
• Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of technology projects.

System Architecture & Infrastructure:

• Design and manage scalable and secure system architectures.
• Ensure the robustness and reliability of the company’s technology infrastructure.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Operations, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and stakeholders.
