Data Analyst (4 day workweek & Remote)

Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.

Role:

• Producing KPI dashboards associated with the Direct Marketing area

• Identifying relevant segments to be worked on by the Direct Marketing team

• Producing operational dashboards to analyze the productivity and efficiency of current processes

• Organizing the data received to produce reports (e.g. cost control and performance reports) for the Direct Marketing area

• Supporting the Direct Marketing Team Leader in implementing potential improvements to the reporting processes

• Providing support to the Direct Marketing Department by responding to requests for information

• Providing support to the internal consultancy team (data analysis, control and benchmarking analysis)

• Carrying out ETL processes on all databases supplied to the Direct Marketing area

Hard Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing, tools (SQL, PowerBI, SalesForce) and consumer behavior Analysis

• Fluency in English (preferred)

About you:

• Degree in Management, Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Mathematics or other Engineering disciplines

• Ability of data analysis

• Autonomy and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills
