Product Manager

【Key Responsibilities】

(1) Define and prioritize product requirements and features based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.

(2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing, to deliver high-quality DeFi products and TON mini-apps.

(3) Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve features.

(4) Stay updated on blockchain and DeFi trends, and identify opportunities for innovation.

(5) Coordinate the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.

【Requirements】

(1) At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 1 year focused on blockchain-related products.

(2) Proven experience in designing and managing DeFi or other blockchain applications.

(3) Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, especially defi, and familiarity with smart contracts, tokens, and decentralized protocols.

(4) Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

(5) Fluency in English is a plus.

(6) Experience working in agile environments and managing product roadmaps.
